Dholera Smart City has been planned in 4 town planning schemes. Currently, Dholera's Town Planning Scheme 1 and 2 are operational. there are only non pollution industries allowed in Dholera SIR. There are total 6 Sub Town Planning scheme in TP1 such as, TP1A1, TP1A2, TP1A3, TP1A4, TP1A5, TP1B & 7 Sub Town planning scheme in TP2 such as TP2A, TP2B1, TP2B2, TP2B3, TP2B4, TP2B5, TP2B6.
