It is made up of stainless steel chamber and contains a removable shelf for easy cleaning. Equipped with spare temperature control to ensure accurate functioning in case of main temperature control failure and a fan for forced convection. The unit is designed with double door and the inner door is made up of tempered glass for convenient observation, whereas magnetic sealing for outer door.
