ADP Support

Managing payroll and HR technology can become difficult when internal teams face system changes, staff turnover, or limited ADP knowledge. Ignite HCM provides ADP Support through experienced consultants who understand ADP Workforce Now and related payroll processes. The service helps organizations review existing system settings, correct workflow problems, activate unused features, and train employees on current functions. Clients can also receive assistance with software implementation, payroll processing, system maintenance, third-party integrations, compliance checks, and payroll backup planning. Ignite PRODUCTIVITY™ gives businesses ongoing access to a dedicated consultant. The subscription includes a review of technology, staffing needs, business priorities, reporting requirements, and possible risks. Ignite HCM then creates an action plan and carries out the agreed system or process work. Reviews are repeated every 6 months to keep the ADP environment aligned with changing requirements. ADP Support is also available for emergency and interim payroll situations. Ignite HCM can help maintain payroll when a key employee is unavailable, a position remains open, or an unexpected issue interrupts normal operations. Its consultants also examine payroll records, tax withholdings, leave categories, and general ledger information to help clients find errors and reduce compliance concerns before they become costly.
