I have tried to login to my Kucoin account. My phone was broken and when I got it back from the shop it didn't have anymore apps on it. I still have the same phone number, same phone. Every time I tried to login with the 2fa it says that the code is incorrect. The email I have received from them asked me for proof of deposit. But how can I show proof of deposit when I had did a transfer in 2018.
