Jaime McIntyre:Engineers may not have had exposure to business management courses in school, and they may lack experience in operating a business. Engineers are trained to think logically as well as in a linear fashion. They seldom proceed to step two until step one is addressed. Also, they are uncomfortable with the unknown. Every query needs to have an answer, and the answer needs to stand up to all challenges.
