The half shell of the exhaust hot end inlet/outlet is manufactured using 4 series stainless steel, which is corrosion and temperature resistant; the structure of the half shell is complex and our CAE analysis can ensure the effectiveness of the forming process and the thinning rate can meet the design requirements. The production of the half shells can be designed to be transferred by a 5-axis robot to reduce labour costs.
