Agents list major problems with the Renters Reform Bill

With the Bill currently ending its Committee Stage, estate agents raise concerns. PropertyMark says “Grounds for possession don’t go far enough” and “the removal of Section 21 is a cause of the greatest concern" amongst landlords because there is a lack of confidence that the remaining grounds provide them with adequate protection. So, does this mean an increase in tenancy fraud maybe?
