Founders Chris and Trish Redwood have been mussel farming for our 40years and processing our New Zealand Greenshell Mussels and Littleneck Clams for almost 20years. We pride ourselves on producing a high-quality product, that is convenient and easy for everyone. Without additives and full of innate flavour, our mussels and clams provide the presentation and preparation options of fresh shellfish, without the time, wastage and food safety concerns. Our products enjoy a 12 month chilled shelf life chilled (mussels keep 24 months frozen).
