The latest monthly insolvency figures

The latest monthly insolvency figures have just been published, and in February 2024 there were 2,102 registered company insolvencies overall in England and Wales. This represents a 17% increase compared to February 2023. The figures are:

12 Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs) ⬇️

In Scotland, 94 total insolvencies were reported, representing a 9% increase year on year, consisting of 9 CVLs, 14 compulsory liquidations and 3 administrations. Northern Ireland’s insolvencies were also higher, at 13%, totalling 122.
