Pregnant women must consult their consultant before engaging in exercises or any heavy activity.

Pregnancy can be divided into two parts:
1. Low risk and
2. High risk.

High risk includes women with IVF pregnancies or carrying twins.

High risk pregnancies must be safely protected, and exercises must be only those advised by the consultants.
