Born in 1983 in Orange, CA, I'm one of quadruplets from Claremont, CA. After earning a Psychology degree from UC Santa Barbara, I ventured into social work, specializing in wilderness therapy in Utah. Following a master's from the University of Utah, I've focused on supporting aging adults and individuals with complex health needs in the Bay Area since 2016, working in skilled nursing facilities and intensive case management.
