Error code 15103 appears when updating QuickBooks Desktop or downloading the latest tax table update. This error can occur due to reasons such as an unmapped drive, missing files, damaged Windows files, the File Copy Service (FCS) being disabled, or an inability to verify digital signatures. To fix the issue, download the latest QuickBooks Desktop product updates or payroll tax table update again, run the Quick Fix My Program tool, install the digital signature, and repair QuickBooks Desktop.
