In today’s fast-paced music world, Talya Elitzer stands out as a visionary leader reshaping artist development. Serving as the co-founder of Godmode, a GRAMMY-nominated artist development company, Talya Elitzer has built a reputation for championing genre-defying talents like Channel Tres, JPEGMAFIA, and Yaeji. Before launching Godmode, Talya Elitzer honed her craft at major institutions starting in the mailroom at WME, then as a Senior A&R at Capitol Records, where she worked with artists such as Katy Perry, Sam Smith, and Beck. Frustrated by the data-driven, venture-capital-style approach of labels, she joined forces with Nick Sylvester to build Godmode a hybrid creative lab, label, management team, and studio hub with major partnerships across Universal, Warner, and Sony.
