Our color-coated aluminum coils are ideal for construction and decoration applications, such as ACP panels and ceilings. These coils are processed through degreasing, cleaning, passivation, coating, and baking to ensure durability and high performance. The coating thickness is stable thanks to the rolling coater, and the paints used include PVDF, PE, and AC. Equipped with a multi-module PLC control system, the coils are processed with a heating and drying system powered by natural gas or diesel oil, ensuring efficient production.
