what is the difference between ethics and morality
Being able to differentiate between morals and ethics is an essential aspect for making difficult decisions with conviction in your life. Morality, is formed by personal convictions, environmental factors, and the way we were raised, runs deep within our moral conscious and acts as an internal compass to tell us what behaviors are right and which ones are wrong. Meanwhile, ethics are organized sets of principles and rules created by society, professions, or organizations, for the purpose of regulating behavior and the facilitation of public fairness, integrity, transparency, and accountability. Morality is personal, where as ethics is how one, in a group or an industry, responsibly behaves. They are the foundation for principled behaviour, which leads to trust, respect and social cohesion.
