Muscle Oxygen Monitor

A Muscle Oxygen Monitor works by using light to read your muscle’s oxygen level. This is called “near-infrared spectroscopy” (NIRS). The device sends light into your muscle and then reads how much of that light comes back. From this, it knows how much oxygen is in the muscle. It is non-invasive, meaning it does not hurt or go inside your body. You simply stick it on your skin, and it starts working. Some devices connect to your phone using Bluetooth. You can see the data live on your screen. Others store the data so you can check it later.
