Tony was born on December 17, 1973 in Kaunas, Lithuania. His childhood was spent in in the Alytus district (Kalesninkai). It was here that he started to develop his strong business acumen; growing and selling tomatoes. At the age of 11, he moved to Australia and lived in Melbourne, where he attended school and worked a variety of jobs to get by including repairing sewing machines, washing cars and cutting grass.
