Terry Marshall Campie owned two (2) companies that attracted the attention of two (2) New York Stock Exchange Companies. In one case Terry Campie sold his company to the Loewen Group which at the time traded initially on the NASDQ and later, at the time of acquisition on the NYSE. But after a generous offer by Ecolab Mr. Campie declined because the terms would have meant all his employees would have lost their jobs.
