Transdisciplinary problem-solving may be reconceptualized as a creative art of innovation, emphasizing learning and investigation. At Cambridge Creation Lab, we consider empathy to be primarily a cognitive talent that enhances objectivity and authentic understanding of a situation, despite its often subjective nature. We explore empathy, which spans several disciplines, and engage in developing mental models to animate physical events. Our curriculum is enhanced by specialized courses designed to equip students with the methodological, theoretical, and ethical skills necessary for developing and conducting transdisciplinary research projects.
